Geo Dipa Energi (GDE) is an energy company utilizing geothermal energy to generate electricity. Currently, GDE focus from exploring to exploiting geothermal energy for their core of business. GDE uses SAP to run their business since 2005. At this stage, they utilize some main modules, FI/CO and Material Management (MM).

GDE has some major issues both technical and functional in FI/CO modules, and they need to have them solved immediately since the financial audit activites will be started soon around November this year. GDE appointed Inersia Consulting (Inersia) to help them with this issue resolution. Inersia provides all expert of functional and technical consultant to support this critical mission for one full intense month.

The project was kicked off on mid of September 2011. Inersia's consultant with GDE user's were teamed up to start all project activities, to review and analyse the problem and work very hard to get them solved. Finally, on the middle of October 2011, all issues were identified and resolved.

The closing of the project was formally held in GDE office, presenting last issue resolution overview along with sharing session for all project team. Meanwhile, all project deliverable and documentation was handed over from Inersia team to GDE as a symbolic of this success project.
